Natural products, including crystals and stones, may vary in color, size, shape, texture, pattern, and appearance. These natural variations are part of the individual character of each item and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and arriving or joining at the scheduled time.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, transfer, and no-show terms may vary depending on the type of experience or event. Any specific cancellation or rescheduling requirements presented during booking will apply to that reservation.

TruLuv Experience may occasionally need to reschedule, modify, or cancel an experience because of circumstances such as instructor availability, weather, safety considerations, insufficient enrollment, venue changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide an appropriate rescheduling, credit, or refund option when applicable.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & PRODUCT FULFILLMENT

Physical product orders are subject to product availability, processing times, shipping methods, and fulfillment requirements. Some products may be produced or fulfilled by third-party production or fulfillment partners and may arrive separately.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur because of carriers, weather, production schedules, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
